These creatures are masters of camouflage; their colors and markings ranging from leaf like greens and mud like browns. They reside happily and peacefully in the dense forest within the island. They have a strong powerful lower jaw to chew wood and bark, their prey of choice. They can walk on all fours or stand on just their hind legs. They have imposable thumbs on their human-like front paws that are good for grasping a snack fruit. Unfortunately, the beautiful creatures are now sterile due to some radio-activity in the waters they drink. Fortunately, they live long, long lives. With a life span of anywhere between 100 to 200 years, we wont have to worry about losing out precious goof balls anytime soon. Yes, goof balls. They are well known for their funny behavior and good sense of humor. They can often be seen romping around with their fellows wagging their stump of a tail in glee. As of now they have no natural predators.
